Operational advice, upgrades, spare parts and warranty support. Up to 25 years` warranty on business-critical items.
We advise on operation, help with replacements and upgrades, and provide warranty support and spare parts. In power and electrical equipment, service isn't an optional extra — it's a core part of a site's reliability. Every system needs planned attention, and when a fault does occur, response time and having the right components on hand directly affect downtime and financial losses.
As part of ongoing support, we help customers with the practical side of operation: how to load lines correctly, how to configure operating modes, how to spot the early signs of a problem, and which consumables and spare parts are worth keeping in reserve. For business-critical sites, we recommend drawing up a list of critical items that must be available quickly — it reduces risk in exactly those situations where downtime costs more than the equipment itself.
We also support customers through upgrades. If a site expands, loads change, new equipment arrives or the reliability category needs raising, we help recalculate the solution and propose an upgrade path that doesn't require rebuilding the system from scratch. That might mean replacing individual protection devices, adding sections, introducing ATS, fitting a UPS or modernising control cabinets.
We take warranty obligations seriously. On business-critical items we provide a warranty of up to 25 years, with full support, servicing and replacement (within the agreed terms). This matters for customers who need long-term predictability and the confidence that their equipment won't become the weak link a few years down the line. Warranty terms are set out in the contract: what's covered, which maintenance schedules apply, which scenarios are included, and how requests and replacements are handled.
Service, above all, comes down to communication and accountability. So we structure the process so you always know who to contact, what information to provide (markings, data sheet, a description of the symptoms) and what response times to expect. Our goal isn't just to supply and install — it's to keep your equipment running dependably across its entire lifecycle.
