We work directly from project documentation and specifications, selecting equipment to match both technical parameters and budget while meeting the requirements of the project and its operating conditions. For us, project-based sourcing isn't simply a matter of putting line items together — it means delivering a coherent, compatible system in which protection, switching and control devices work correctly together, match the actual currents, loads and operating modes, and remain easy to install and service later on.

If you already have a specification, we review it for completeness and feasibility: we confirm availability and lead times, check component compatibility, and verify that any alternatives genuinely meet the required characteristics. We know projects are often developed under tight deadlines, so documentation sometimes contains inaccuracies or missing items. When that happens, we come back quickly with questions and suggested corrections — so installation doesn't stall over small details that would otherwise only surface on site.

Where needed, we propose equivalents, backed by confirmed specifications and agreed with you in advance. This matters most when an item isn't available within the required timeframe or the budget needs optimising. We work transparently: every substitution is discussed, supported by data and approved before purchase. On engineering and construction projects this is critical — unapproved substitutions cause problems with sign-off, warranty obligations and safety.

We can also supply a site in stages, delivering equipment in batches that follow your construction or installation schedule. This works well when the site is large, on-site storage is limited, and some work hasn't started yet. By agreement, we hold a reserve of critical items to minimise the risk of delays.
